WHAT WE DO - North America Railroad Professional Services, LLC (NARPS) provides consulting services to existing railroads, as well as new start-up rail operations, publication of railroad tariffs, quotes, contracts, circulars, adoption notices, updating industry files, including filing with the Surface Transportation Board (STB) where required. NARPS services also include electronic distribution of price changes and updates to railroad customers/shippers.
